. 4 tbsp butter,
. 4 tbsp flour,
. 2 cups milk,

. Pinch of nutmeg (optional),
**Other Ingredients:**
. Lasagna sheets (boiled if required),
. 2 cups mozzarella cheese (grated),
.½ cup parmesan cheese,

1️⃣ Prepare Meat Sauce
1. Heat olive oil in a pan.
2. Add onion and sauté until soft.
3. Add garlic and minced beef, cook until beef turns brown.
4. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and chili flakes.
5. Simmer on low heat for **15–20 minutes** until thick.

1. Melt butter in a pan.
2. Add flour and cook for 1 minute.
3. Slowly add milk while stirring to avoid lumps.
4. Add salt, white pepper, and nutmeg.
5. Cook until sauce thickens.

1. Preheat oven to **180°C**.
2. Spread a thin layer of meat sauce in a baking dish.
