BEEF KABAB 🍢
🥩 Beef Seekh Kabab Recipe
🧾 Ingredients
500 g beef mince(with a little fat)
1 medium onion (very finely chopped or grated, water squeezed out)
2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste,
2 green- chillies (finely chopped),
2 tbsp fresh coriander (chopped),
1 tbsp fresh mint (optional),
1 tsp red chili powder ,
1 tsp cumin powder,
1 tsp coriander powder,
1 tsp garam masla,
½ tsp tumeric,
1 tsp lemon juice,
1 tbsp gram flour (besan), dry roasted
Salt to taste,
1–2 tbsp oil or melted butter,
👩🍳 Method (Step by Step)
Mix Ingredients
In a bowl, add beef mince, onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, coriander, mint, spices, salt, lemon juice, besan, and oil.Knead Well
Knead the mixture for 5–7 minutes until sticky (this helps kababs bind).Rest the Mixture
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.Shape Kababs
Wet your hands, take mince and shape onto skewers (seekh style).Cook Kababs
Pan: Shallow fry on medium heat until cooked and browned.
Grill: Grill over charcoal or grill pan, turning often.
Oven: Bake at 200°C for 20–25 minutes, flipping once.
Finish
Brush with butter and give a quick charcoal smoke (optional).
